Return Policy

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases. And customer happiness is our top priority,

We handle each request in an individual basis to ensure our customer is satisfied. 

Faulty/Incorrect item can be exchanged for the correct item or for an alternative piece (exchange to other products are subject to availability).

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your unused items for a prompt refund or exchange.

Refunds for items which returned within 5 days from the date of delivery will be credited in the full amount minus the shipping charge subject to the following;

• Product must not be worn, altered, or used.
• Product with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached.
• Product on Sale/Special Promotions may not be exchanged/refunded.
• We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used.

Please note that if the original payment method was Cash On Delivery, we can offer a store credit for the original amount.

Note: Duties, taxes, or shipping charges for returns other than faulty or wrong item/s will be under the responsibility of the customer, and will not be shouldered by us.
